2. Print-on-Demand (POD) Production Notice

All products sold by ModiToon are made-to-order using a Print-on-Demand (POD) system.

  • Production begins after an order is placed and paid.

  • Once production has started, orders cannot be changed, canceled, or refunded.

  • We only accept claims for defective or incorrectly produced items.

3. Product Information & Availability

  • We strive to display accurate product images and descriptions, but colors and print details may vary slightly due to screen settings or printing methods.

  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products or pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in [EUR] and do not include applicable taxes or shipping fees.

  • Payment is required at the time of order placement.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify’s payment system. ModiToon does not store your payment information.

5. Order Confirmation & Cancellations

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is successfully placed.

  • Once production has begun, cancellations or changes are not possible.

  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, technical errors, or other valid reasons. In such cases, you will receive a full refund.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • ModiToon ships to most countries worldwide.

  • Orders typically require 2–5 business days for production, followed by approximately 10 business days for delivery.

  • Delivery time may vary based on destination, customs, or local courier conditions.

  • ModiToon is not responsible for delivery delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, weather, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

  • Shipping fees and estimated delivery time will be shown at checkout.

7. Returns & Replacements

Because each item is made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing, color preference, or buyer's remorse.
We only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged or defective

  • The item is significantly different from what was ordered

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us at admin@moditoon.com within 7 days of receiving your item

  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including artwork, designs, images, text, and logos—is the property of ModiToon or its licensors.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • ModiToon is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or purchase of our products.

  • Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
