Processing & Shipping Times
All our products are made on demand, which means we start production once you place an order. Please allow the following timeframes for delivery:

Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.
If you do not receive a tracking update within 10 days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team.
Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges incurred.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 5 business days before reaching out to us.

If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, check with your local post office or neighbors first.

We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement.
