Shipping Policy

Processing & Shipping Times

All our products are made on demand, which means we start production once you place an order. Please allow the following timeframes for delivery:

  • Processing Time: 2-7 business days

  • Shipping Time:

    • USA: 7-10 business days

    • Canada: 7-10 business days

    • Europe: 7-10 business days

    • Rest of the world: 10-30 business days

※ During peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., COVID-19 delays, customs inspections), shipping times may be extended.


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the provided link.

If you do not receive a tracking update within 10 days of your order confirmation, please contact our support team.


Customs & Import Taxes

For international orders, customs fees or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. Buyers are responsible for any additional charges incurred.

📌 Important for South Korea Customers:

  • A Personal Customs Clearance Code (PCCC) and a valid phone number are required for customs clearance.

  • Failure to provide this information may result in delays or returned shipments, for which we are not responsible.


Lost or Delayed Packages

  • If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an additional 5 business days before reaching out to us.

  • If your package is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, check with your local post office or neighbors first.

  • We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.


Returns & Exchanges

Since our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos for a replacement.
